Payments and Refunds

To request a refund, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days back to the original payment method.
Service Availability
Quanqiu Accelerator strives to provide 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Quanqiu Accelerator is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will attempt to notify users in advance of planned maintenance windows.
